Refund policy

SMT Caddy is a brand of Elantron, Inc., Riverside, California, USA.
Returns. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email info@smtcaddy.com with your order number before sending anything back; we reply with the return address.
Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, in which case we cover it.
Exclusions. Feeder label sheets are consumables and can be returned only unopened. Model A systems can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds. Refunds go to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping charges are refunded only for damaged, defective or wrong items.
Warranty. Every product is covered for one year from delivery against defects in workmanship and premature failure. We repair or replace it at no charge; you pay only the shipping. Email info@smtcaddy.com with your order number and a photo or short video, and we reply with next steps.
Company orders. For orders placed by invoice or purchase order, the same terms apply unless your quote states otherwise.
