Shipping policy

SMT Caddy is a brand of Elantron, Inc., Riverside, California, USA.
Processing. In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days from Southern California. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Pacific or on weekends and US holidays ship the next business day.
Carriers and rates. We ship with USPS, UPS and DHL Express. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout from the weight and destination of your order.
International. We ship to most countries; checkout shows whether we deliver to yours. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are set by the destination country and are paid by the recipient unless checkout shows otherwise.
Large orders. If an order exceeds the stock on hand, we email you the ship date right away. You can then wait or cancel for a full refund.
Tracking. You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Damaged or missing items. Email info@smtcaddy.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace or refund damaged items at no cost.
